TakeOff Plus is a full blown general contractor estimating software solution that allows the user to estimate and price jobs by stick, unit price, assembly and/or by lump sum.
It generates summary and detailed estimates, proposals and specifications, and change orders for the customer to sign. Once the job is approved it automatically creates budgets for job cost tracking, purchase orders for suppliers, subcontract agreements for subcontractors, and work orders for employees in seconds.
